Empowerment in Vulnerability: Becoming the Heroine of Your Story

Learning about the trait of being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), then learning she is neurodivergent helped Patricia rewrite her history with a deeper understanding, appreciation, and a sense of self-compassion.
