Little Bear - Blanca Traverse + Ellingwood Point (CO 14ers)

Описание к видео Little Bear - Blanca Traverse + Ellingwood Point (CO 14ers)

The Little Bear to Blanca traverse is known as the toughest of the four great traverses for the Colorado 14ers, with the other three being the Maroon Bells traverse, the Crestone traverse from Crestone Peak to Crestone Needle, and the El Diente - Mount Wilson traverse. These mountains are located in the Sangre de Cristo mountains in southern Colorado, east of the town of Alamosa and near the Great Sand Dunes National Park. We went up the west ridge direct to summit Little Bear, which is tougher than the standard hourglass route.
