I farmed the class mod with extra Skill Damage after the fight so if you can get that roll it'll be significantly better. All I had to do was run Arms race with Mayhem turned off, run to a chest in the top left of the map and kill the final boss for 2 chances at the best roll. Truthfully this build will work with just about any set of equipment but it peaks with the Vanquisher Rocket Pod Aniointment on one of your guns and this class mod for the high up-time.
