Boardwalk Villas Studio Refurbished / Come tour a recently refurbished preferred boardwalk view deluxe studio villa at Disney's Boardwalk Villas! These rooms have just finished a full hard goods renovation and are not to be missed. These deluxe studios are 359 square feet and sleep up to five (5) guests. Boardwalk Villas offers three room views: standard and the preferred garden or boardwalk view. This is a boardwalk view room overlooking crescent lake.
