In this session, Tanvi Jaluka, Research Lead for CARE’s Women’s Entrepreneurship Unit, will be in conversation with Saipriya Salla of 60 Decibels, unpacking why financial health is a better pathway to resilience than traditional inclusion metrics -- and why organizations need rapid, practical measurement to understand women’s real experiences. Together, they’ll introduce the Strive Women Financial Health Scorecard: how it was ideated and co-designed, what it measures, and where it stands today, including how AI is making the tool faster, more adaptive, and more accessible for diverse users.
