Welcome and thanks for watching! Today we’re going to take a quick dive into ValuD’s IBM TRIRIGA Real Estate Transaction Management Training Course.

This course is designed to educate participants about the IBM TRIRIGA Real Estate Manager module with an emphasis on the planning and execution of Lease Transactions. In this course we will also cover the analysis and decisions processes available.

This is an intermediate level course that is meant for any one using the IBM TRIRIGA Real Estate Manager module for Transaction management. This course is ideal for lease portfolio managers, real estate project managers, and contract managers. We recommend students that the IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio class prior to this one.

We offer two training courses on the Real Estate module for IBM TRIRIGA. The Real Estate Transaction Management course is a two-day course focusing an overview of the Real Estate Transaction Management module and how each component fits into the overall process. Students will learn about setting up applicable templates, classifications, and surveys to utilize Transaction Management. Students will also walk away with a new understanding of the decision process within TRIRIGA and with information about how to leverage the advance planning capabilities of the system for their unique portfolio needs.

The knowledge learned in this class is invaluable to anyone working with Real Estate transactions within IBM TRIRIGA on a day-to-day basis.
