This week I'm reacquainting myself with a beer I had from a couple of years ago when I was in Belgium. This is the Pannepot Special Reserve by De Struise Brouwers. A dark ale that has spent 4 years of its time in Bordeaux wine barrels to acquire its delicate and fruity flavour. Time to dive in! Iechyd da!
