I'm a sucker for a good productivity book and I've read a lot of them. But these two: Slow Productivity and the 12 Week Year have had a big impact on how I approach productivity after my burnout.

It takes a long time to heal from burnout and I am definitely not out of the woods yet. However, it's just not in my nature do sit still so I'm trying to be productive again but in a mindful way. Keeping in mind my energy levels, working at a more natural pace.

Prioritizing meaningful activities and working at a slowing pace. Also planning in shorter timeframes than a year as to not get overwhelmed and keep feelings of anxiety at arms length.

This is just my experience, my journey, and I hope it may help you in some way.
