Looking for the best tortas in Merida Mexico? Look no further than Wayan'e, located on Calle 59 just east of the city center.

Their speciality is the "Castakan", or crispy pork belly.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT miss this spot if you are in the Yucatan. I'm still thinking about it and I'm 100s of miles away!

And yes, you should try and find someone who looks at you like I am looking at these tortas !!!
