On The Scene: Drone footage showed rescuers retrieving bodies in central Philippines on Wednesday (October 1), a day after a 6.9-magnitude earthquake hit and killed 72 people, a disaster official said. The shallow quake struck late on Tuesday (September 30) off the coast of the island of Cebu, cutting power and damaging buildings. It was not immediately clear how many people were missing.
