Ingredients:

For crispy pork
500 g pork belly slices
salt
potatoes

For parsley sauce
25 g butter
2 ½ tbsp flour
2 dl water or the cooking water from the potatoes
2 dl milk
1 handful fresh parsley or ½ tbsp frozen parsley finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
