腊肠煎蛋准备材料 :
鸡蛋 3 粒
腊肠 1/2 条
红葱 1 粒
红椒 少许
葱花 少许

调味:
生抽
胡椒粉
淀粉
绍兴酒

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Chinese sausage, half and cut slices
2. Egg 3pcs
3. Red onion 1pc, cut slices
4. Red chilli half, julienne
5. Spring onion, diced

Seasoning
1. Light soya sauce little
2. Pepper little
3. Corn starch 2 tsp
4. Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp
Noted: mix the corn starch and Shaoxing wine. Set aside

Method
1. Stir fry the red onion till fragrant. Then add in Chinese sausage and do a quick fry. Add into the beaten egg
2. Add in red chilli and spring onion and mix well. Then add in seasoning and mix well
3. Heat wok with oil and turn to low heat, add in the mixture and spread out evenly. Once it’s cooked, flip over and cook the other side till golden brown
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕
