After more than a three-decade-long absence, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Don Black and Charles Hart's Aspects of Love is finally preparing to grace a West End stage once again.

Director Jonathan Kent's reimagining of the 1989 musical will run at the Lyric Theatre from 13 May 2023, led by Laura Pitt-Pulford (Seven Brides for Seven Brothers) as Rose and Jamie Bogyo (Moulin Rouge! The Musical) as Alex, alongside Danielle De Niese (Man of La Mancha) as Giulietta, Anna Unwin (Cinderella) as Jenny and Michael Ball (who originated the role of Alex in Aspects of Love) as George.

We recently joined the cast in rehearsals to sit down with Pitt-Pulford and Bogyo and chat about the show's imminent West End return. Stay tuned until the very end of the video for a video-bombing cameo appearance from a certain musical theatre veteran!

Completing the company are Rosemary Ashe, Anthony Cable, Vinny Coyle, Chumisa Dornford-May, Soophia Foroughi, Dickon Gough, Ben Heathcote, Eu Jin Hwang, Daniel Jagusz-Holley, Linda Jarvis, Natasha O’Brien, Joanna O’Hare and Michael Matus. In addition, the role of Young Jenny will be shared by Indiana Ashworth, Millie Gubby, and Katie Mitton, and Dave Willetts will be playing the role of George on Monday performances from 29 May.

The production features set and costume design by John McFarlane, lighting design by Jon Clark, sound design by Paul Groothius, video design by Douglas O’Connell, choreography by Denni Sayers, musical supervision by Nicholas Skilbeck, and the musical director is Cat Beverbridge.
