First of all: what is that horrible sound omg?!? I just listened to this for the first time with laptop sound and the song sounds horrible omfg. I edited this with headphones pleeeease listen to it with headphones or good sound system. Otherwise all the bass of the song is lost and this gets flat and the singing gets too loud. Oh god it's awful. Remind me to check the audio outside my headphones the next time .

And third: I'm calling this done. I'm already late for the contest (sorry again Amanda!), I've worked so freaking much on this video, finding scenes and voiceovers, and I just can't take working on it anymore. So forgive me if some details aren't perfect or the editing isn't exactly splendid, I tried my best alright?

NOW TO THE PLOT! Very important you read the plot people.

Up on the ark Clarke and Finn was a couple. Bellamy was Finn's best friend and also friends with Clarke. Under unknown circumstances, Clarke's father confesses to a mysterious crime which leads to his execution. But Clarke's father was innocent, and Bellamy knew what really happened. But when Clarke asks him about it he won't tell her the truth. Feeling upset and betrayed Clarke acts out and ends up in lockup. Shortly after she is sent to earth with the dropship only to find out that Bellamy was sent there too. Clarke is furious with Bellamy, the friend she thought she could trust, and now blames him for her fathers death all the while Bellamy continues not to tell her the truth even when she pleas. Bellamy always liked Clarke and he knows she hates him, so why doesn't he just tell her the truth? Well, there's more to the story...

(that's about as far as you NEED to read. Further down I'll explain the complete storyline throughout the entire video if anyone didn't understand what they saw, wants some more juicy details or is just interested in my plot ^^)


Even though Bellamy is still denying her the truth, Clarke's walls are crumbling. Life on earth turns out to be one big dangerous struggle and she finds herself saved by Bellamy countless times. The tough conditions brings them together, forces them to work together and soon Clarke realizes she's relying on Bellamy and quite frankly her life seems to depend on him. But it's more than that... They have chemistry. But Clarke is still together with Finn and even if she might not ever see him again, she can't do anything to hurt him. At the same time Bellamy is conflicted about his feelings for Clarke since she's still, in fact, his best friends girlfriend.
Bellamy finally cracks and tells Clarke the truth about her fathers death. It was Finn. This changes things for Clarke and in her upset state she lets everything go and she and Bellamy shares a passionate night. Only to wake up to the fact that people from the ark is coming down to the ground. And surely enough, they soon stand face to face with Finn.
Clarke feel Finn's betrayal and pushes him away. As time progresses Finn is noticing Clarke and Bellamy's chemistry and when he realizes his best friend slept with his girlfriend, he's furious. The boys friendship turns into a fight. Clarke is now faced with a choice between the two boys. She still has feelings for Finn but his betrayal burns in her heart and she's afraid of her newfound feelings for Bellamy. He has proven he's capable of lying to her, even if it was to protect her, so can she risk being hurt again? All the while the imminent threat of the grounders are growing nearer. They are going to attack and the three of them puts their emotions aside to work on getting through it alive. Though in the end emotions will be key, when Finn throws himself to save his best friend (see brotherhood runs deep :3 ) leaving Clarke to watch as the two men she cares about most in this world gets beaten. It slowly dawns on her that in order to save everyone else, she has to leave them. And with a heavy heart she makes the impossible decision -- she turns away.

Okay so that must be the longest description ever puh. I really enjoyed working on this even though it was hard at the end. And I must say I'm quite proud of the manips. I've never actually made manips before! I'm not a big AU vidder (in case you didn't know haha xD) so this was fun experimenting! I actually had an idea for something like this before this round came out but it probably wouldn't have happened without the contest. So yeah!
