HOW TO MAKE HOTDOG BUNS | HOTDOG BREAD ROLLS

INGREDIENTS:

•1 cup milk minus 1 tbsp
•1 large egg
•1/4 cup unsalted melted butter (56g)
•2 tsp instant dry yeast
•3¼ cups all purpose flour (406 g)
•1 tsp salt
•14 pcs cooked hotdog
•eggwash(1 egg+ 2 tbsp milk)
•1 tbsp sesame seeds for toppings


Bake in a preheated oven at 170°c for 20- 22 minutes.
