Today I turned an ordinary box into a woodland scene.
This gave me the opportunity to show different methods of decorating using a variety of materials in an interesting way.
The more you craft the more bits and bobs you will accumulate.
All the items I used I had already so the cost was minimal.
I plan to do other scenes in a box using characters like mermaids, pirates etc. So keep watching and crafting and keep the children entertained in a purposeful but fun way.

Friends and family are good at donating off cuts and different materials so I am forever thinking up crafting ideas for kids. My intention is to inspire you to make fun crafting with your children.
