The T-34-85 Gai is a chinese medium tank at 5.7. It is very similar to the normal T-34-85 at 5.7 in the soviet tech tree, however features an additional 12.7mm MG as well as a differently shaped turret. In general, I do recommend you play this tank if you have the option to as I find all T-34's very fun to play with their APHE.
