Alice Pack Mod - Fastex Buckle upgrade

First - sorry about who dark the video is... It looked better on the camera..
and second I was speaking a little quite so little ears upstairs could not hear me...

So here is a simple mod/upgrade you can do to a Alice pack to greatly increase the usability. Next to replacing the straps replacing the metal hardware with plastic fastex buckles is my number one upgrade to the Alice Pack

The parts can be found here and one set of 10 will do two complete packs. The cost after checking the site is about $6 per pack.
