Expert Opinion: 10mg of THC is too big a dose for new patients, with Dr. Jamila Owens-Todd

Despite the typical state guidance and regulations, Dr. Jamila Owens-Todd has found that 10mg of THC is far too big a starting dose for new patients. In fact, she finds that most of her patients begin feeling the effects of cannabis at just 1.5mg THC, and tries to not exceed 5mg as a standard dose.
