A male driver of a Blue Honda CRV for unknown reasons crashed into a center median. The male was seen by a witness trying to stuff the front bumper in the back seat of the vehicle. The witness also stated that another vehicle pulled up to the crash and both the driver and passenger got into the vehicle and left the scene. A short time later the vehicle returned to the scene and dropped off the driver. San Miguel Fire-Rescue along with San Diego County Sheriff and The California Highway Patrol arrived on scene and questioned the driver. The driver stated he was returning home from the Casino and he assured authorities he had not been drinking. The male was asked to preform field sobriety tests in which he could not complete. The male finally agreed to a breathalyzer test in which it was determined he was under the influence and he was arrested without incident.
