Horse Obstacle Course & Desensitization Clinic Temple, Texas

Multiple riders on multiple horses demonstrate working a wide variety of obstacles and / or using desensitization tools. Please note that toward the end, one guest rider is working her horse with a white bottle filled with noisy items and later with a flag. While her horse worked through to acceptance of the 'scary monsters' at an amazingly short length of time, I strongly recommend taking it much slower and safer with your horse. Of course, the whole progress of this horse was NOT included in this montage, but you can see that the horse is breathing VERY hard. My obstacle course is open for long hours, and I encourage you to take as much time as you need to move slowly, safely, and with kindness for your horse partner.
