Balancing of different colored stones represent the diversity of the individual. Equality comes with recognizing, repecting and celebrating each other differences. A diverse environment is one with a wide range of backgrounds and mindsets, equality gives us an empowered culture of creativity and innovation. Size is 7,5 x 20,5 meter.
