• OCPD (Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder) and NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) often look the same.
• People with OCPD feel a need to follow rules and do things a certain way.
• People with NPD feel superior to others and deserving of attention.
• Someone with OCPD will be less willing to delegate tasks than someone with NPD.
• Someone with OCPD might also have more trouble with intimacy than someone with NPD.
• There are many more difference between people with OCPD and NPD.
