In May of 2013 Zappos decided to start implementing Holacracy as its organizational model. Since then Alexis has been a pivotal agent in leading the company-wide transition to Holacracy.

It has now been over a year since Zappos started implementing Holacracy. Anna and Alexis will explore an inside view of what the first year of a Holacracy implementation involves.
