During the 60th anniversary celebrations of the Godzilla series, the movie Godzilla vs Biollante was screened in the Little Tokyo district of Los Angeles CA. Also Anime Jungle hosted a panel with Koichi Kawakita, the spfx director for Godzilla vs Biollante and subsequent films of the Heisei Godzilla series (1984-1995).
