In April 2023, I did dollar cost averaging on one dividend share, one REIT ETF, and one UK well known brand. The dividend share I invested in is City Development Limited. The company has endured a few tough years, and just when things looked brighter, threat of a pending recession, and government's property cooling measure looks to affect its outlook. Is there more to City Development's performance going forward? Recall Singapore's housing market is among the most popular in the world amid security concerns, and City Development is also set to benefit from the hospitality recovery around the world as it is the parent of Millennium and Copthrone Group (M&C).
