In this video I showcase Division Vice Captain with avatar. He is stupid broken.

The damage calculations in this video is simply DMG * 6,6. I didn't include the extra boost from crits because it's only like a 1-2% increase.

Placement: 483k(677k)/1,16m dmg (743k dps)
Upgrade 1: 810k(1,13m)/1,94m dmg (1,24m dps)
Upgrade 2: 1,28m(1,8m)/3,08m dmg (2m dps)
Upgrade 3: 2,2m(3,11m)/5,31m dmg + longer SPA (2m dps)
Upgrade 4: 3,07m(4,30m)/7,37m dmg (2,8m dps)
Upgrade 5: 5,16m(7,22m)/12,38m dmg + longer SPA (4m dps)
Upgrade 6: 6,53m(9,15m)/15,68m dmg (5m dps)
Upgrade 7: 9,47m(13,2m)/22,67m dmg (7,2m dps)

EDIT: These stats above are with the DMG/SPA skilltree (the one shown in the vid). Most DoT units with overlord/avatar/glitched now use the crit/range skilltree for the best damage. One exception is Sunwoo/SJW who still uses DMG/SPA.

So with the correct tree he'll average 754k placement DPS, which is about a +1,4% increase in overall DPS meaning that on upg 7 he'll do roughly 7,3m dps. Sorry for the inconveniece and im honestly too lazy to fix the stats shown above.
