8 minute workout using a stability ball is a full body workout good for all ages including beginners and seniors.
This workout video using a large exercise ball is pilates inspired and will focus on long lean muscle strength. You will really feel your thighs, core and butt with these exercises.
The fit ball will really challenge your balance which activates your core as a result. Sometimes, these new moves can feel awkward at first. Go slow, keep at it, and you will improve. No big deal if you drop your ball, just grab it and try again. You will get stronger!
Make sure your exercise ball is the correct size for you and that it is not blown up too firmly. You need it to be a little soft so you can grab it with your legs.
