What is "The Writing Rope" and how does it apply to Kindergarten, First, and Second Grade?

The Writing Rope by Joan Sedita breaks down proficient writing into 5 strands and skills for students to learn to become proficient writers. In this video, I share what the 5 strands are and how they would work in a kindergarten, first grade, and second grade classroom.
