Throughout the last days, water runoff from storms associated with TS Debby continued to raise water levels along the Ogeechee River. Water levels are well past the flood stage and will continue to rise. This package shows the entrance to the Rose Rd area in Eden, GA within Effingham County. Houses and vehicles have been inundated and many are feared to be total losses as rising, fast moving water continues through the area.
