For the rest of you, I'm excited to share PART TWO of my interview with Mr. Quincy France. Quincy is the Co-Founder of Brotherhood Fitness and is by all accounts considered a veteran of the Bar Community in New York City.

Beyond being a fierce competitor, Quincy has at one time or another also been a judge, an emcee, an organizer and pretty much every other hat worn in the Bar Community.

I hope you enjoy this second of four segments where Quincy discusses his history in competitive calisthenics - and by extension the history of competitions in NYC, his take on who some of the legends and 'game changers' were, his opinion on the freestyle game, and more!
