In this video I will let you know how a deck rating can appear in COC certificate of competency exam like NCV near costal voyage exam and 2nd FG mate exam. This video is a career path for Rating who choose merchant navy as career after 10th and 12th and done pre sea training for g p rating from one of d g shipping approved marine training institute or marine college.
