1969 Ford Mustang Fastback Boss 302 Racing 5.0 Coyote Tremec T56 Build Project

The 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback Boss 302 was a great build. Originally it came in as a simple classic car restoration. The owner decided to take the project to the next level by throwing a Ford Racing 5.0 Coyote engine into it. Adding to the build was a Total Control Products complete front suspension and a Tremec T56 transmission. The 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback Boss 302 needed some minor rust repair on the project. We did work done to the cowl, aprons, and floor pans. The major part of the fabrication came into play when we installed the Ford Racing 5.0 Coyote. We notched the shock towers, flipped the upper control arm mount and made custom motor mounts. We also raised the transmission tunnel, which worked well with the center console. Vintage Air provided the cooling in the passenger compartment and we used Magnaflow for the exhaust. The owner of this project wanted to get his hands dirty and is taking care of the wiring. The 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback Boss 302 will hopefully be on the road soon.
