Making a Roadside Farm Stand from a 23ft insulated Van Body, completely off grid, 24/7, 365 days per year, summer and winter. These are my design ideas as I get to building it out. Multipurpose and adaptable. If the honor system doesn't work out, we can have manned hours of operation. The building doubles as a guard shack by our front gate. It will be completely off grid, with large solar system, refrigeration and freezers, lights, air conditioning, and heat in winter.

Because we are a small multifaceted farm, producing chicken eggs, duck eggs, turkey eggs, pork, goat, beef, dairy, fruits, vegetables, plants, flower, dehydrated and freeze dried goods, and much more, it makes sense for our operation to have our own small retail set up for our hyper local community.

If the honor system doesn't work out, we can adapt to have hours of operation, or integrate both ideas. Complete with a 4k security system to publicly shame people stealing.

So many ideas but I look forward to your help! The possibilities are ENDLESS! SO EXCITING!
