One Of The Geological Wonders Of The World! Red Rock Coulee.

In the long list of interesting things to see when you are exploring Canada, Red Rock Coulee is probably one of the rarest!

Located about 30 minutes south of Medicine Hat Alberta, Red Rock Coulee is home to dozens of gigantic, geological concretions, made of bright red sandstone - some of which are over 10 feet in diameter!

The most incredible thing about these formations, apart from their size - is the fact that they are perfectly spherical!

This nature reserve is free and open to the public, and there is ample parking even if you have a trailer or camper.

You can easily access the site by taking Highway 887 south from Medicine Hat.
