Acrylic Pouring Technique - Puddle with Swipe Technique across puddles

Here I am practicing the swipe technique so I can perfect, perfect cell shapes even after titling! Stay turned for more swipe techniques. I don’t use this technique often so I want to continue learning and growing in this area of acrylic pouring.

Colors used are

-titanium white by Amsterdam All Acrylics - swipe color
-oxide by Amsterdam All Acrylics
-custom greyish blue
-custom sky blue light
Prussian Blue by Amsterdam All Acrylics
-sapphire blue by decoart extreme sheen mixed with a little bit of oxide black

All acrylic paints are mixed equal parts paint to floetrol and small amounts of water to thin out a bit.

Once painting has completely dried, I use a Professional High Gloss Varnish by Winsor & Newton.
