Friday is here and that means another real estate VLOG here in Stockton, CA!

This week I'm off to shoot two different episodes of my YouTube web series, "Project: SOLD!"

The first house is a 1950's fixer, (check the cards for last week's VLOG showing this house). My fellow co-host, Julie Stearns-Hammon, had never seen the house before, so we wanted to make sure to catch her honest reactions live for the show. There's quite a bit of work to be done, but we're confident we are up for the challenge.

Next we were off to another listing on Pyreneese in Stockton, CA. We're starting another "Project: SOLD!" This house was a long time rental property, that we have been tasked with bringing back to life and to get ready to place on the market. Some of the demo work has already been done, with most of the floors having been demolished. Julie and I take the opportunity to walk through the house and highlight many of the other projects that are going to be taking place there as well. This should be a fun project and a major transformation, make sure to follow along and be a part of the journey!

After finishing two successful shoots, I'm off to a listing appointment. A friend of mine has been thinking about selling his house for awhile now, and he is ready to pull the trigger. I wanted to see the home and touch base with him about all the details including pricing and the timing of everything. After a productive meeting, I've set a date for shooting listing photos and a video, and I look forward to getting this house sold to some lucky new home owners.

This has been quite a week here in Stockton CA, full of plenty of activity both for this week, and for the future. Thanks for tagging along with me on this week's real estate and beyond VLOG!
