i tried out the Makhadi Halwa recipe by Kun foods. it was very easy to make.

Ingredients to make Makhadi Halwa
1. 2 cups Milk
2. 1 cup semolina/sooji
3. 1 cup oil
4. 1 cup sugar

Procedure to make Makhadi Halwa:-
First of all, add 1 cup Sooji/semolina to 2 cups sugar and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
Now add one cup of oil to the pan and add one cup of sugar to this oil. let all the sugar melt. add the mixed semolina milk to the oil and keep stirring.
keep cooking till moat oil gets soaked up. remove the excess oil and add some dry fruits.
enjoy the simplest and easiest makhadi halwa recipe.
