Geshela is teaching us on the higher training of wisdom. This is a continuation of the Essence of Buddhism class.
Today Geshela was teaching about how to understand Emptiness. As all our problems come from self grasping we need to figure out how to counteract it. So we learned about why things don't exist the way they appear and what that means for us to overcome ignorance.
