BAGHALA GHATOGH (PERSIAN STEW OF BEANS AND DILL)

We believe Baghala ghatogh is what the northern cousine is all about, simplicity and deliciousness. You take some beans, fry it with garlic and dill, add water, simmer and bam! in less than one hour you,ve got a killer dish. As usual pair it with Kateh rice, pickle and other Gillanian side dishes and condiments and go to heaven, oh home sweet home.
