House overwhelmingly passes bill that could ban TikTok

The bill would ban TikTok in the U.S. unless its Chinese parent company divests the video-sharing app used by 170 million users in the United States. The bill's fate in the Senate is uncertain. NBC News' Savannah Sellers reports.
