🔷Result 1: JESSA, EX YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Jessa spent 10+ years of her life chasing a functional, pain free body only to have found neck and back pain along with an awkwardly moving body.

❌ Before
“Internally I was getting signals that something was off because I was experiencing discomfort after work and exercise that my practice (yoga) was not helping to alleviate.” - Jessa was dealing with left shoulder, neck pain and lower back pain.

✅ After
“I’m pain free, I feel generally stronger and my walking mechanics are less collapsed and lazy. I can see and feel the improvements in my running, including more stability, muscular development and less of a forward lean.”

🔷Result 2: ERICA, PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY IMPROVED
Erica was diagnosed with Peripheral Neuropathy and was fearful that her active life was over & she would never be capable of playing with her grandchildren.

❌ Before
Diagnosed with Peripheral Neuropathy in her feet, Erica was unable to feel her toes and part of her foot for nearly 20 years. She also dealt with SI joint / shoulder / neck / lower back / knee and hip pain, nerve pain and disc herniations.

✅ After
After 5 months of doing only FP she had a 90% reduction in neuropathy related muscle spasms & nerve pain. About 12 months in, she was 80% (total body) pain free. Now at 63yo & 3 full years into FP she is completely drug free and can move without pain or physical restrictions. Her bone density has also increased by over 10%, her heart health (age) has reversed/improved by 3 years
