Baja in a Truck Camper - Part 4

I spent January through April 2024 in Baja, Mexico. For 3 months I lived out of my 2002 Toyota Tacoma and 1989 SunLite Skyhawk slide-in pop-up truck camper, staying on beaches, in campgrounds, and exploring Baja from top to bottom.

In Part 4 a few of us camp out on Tecolote Beach for Semana Santa with the locals then head into La Paz to celebrate Reece's birthday. I eek out a few more days with the crew camping on El Sargento beach near La Ventana but with my calendar counting down I turned north. On the way up I camped one night at Playa el Requeson on the Bay of Conception, a night in San Ignacio, and one last camp an hour south of Mexicali before crossing the border back into the United States. My 99 day adventure in Mexico was incredible with the Baja Crew and I can't wait to get back!
