My Favorite Way To Smoke Tri Tip

Tri Tip is my favorite cut of meat to smoke, and in this video I show you how I prepare it using the Weber Kettle with some hickory wood. And, just an FYI, at some point in the video things got a little weird. Maybe A LOT weird.
