This is a comparison video of my Buffet S1 and Keilwerth SX90r Vintage series tenor saxophones.
It is not a competition as I like them both for different reasons.
My views on each-
S1 has a French refined tone, slightly brighter than the SX90r.
bigger bore, bell and bow, funky C and EB keys but keywork a little less friendly than the vintage series but still fine and easy to adjust to it.
Keilwerth has a more dry edgy gutsy sound, very crisp and easier keywork, more modern and snug under the fingers.
Both are great.
