At the world pokemon championship, a huge move update was announced. This includes nerfing super strong moves like wing attack, counter, and steel wing. It also reduces the switch clock from 60 to 50 seconds.

This week is ultra league and sunshine cup. Sunshine cup is a 1500CP Great League featuring only normal, fire, grass, and ground typings.

With Vigoroth taking a triple nerf, dubwool is a nice substitute for it in the sunshine cup.
