IG: burpeegirl_liss I put together this ONLY STEPS WALKING WORKOUT for lazy days, when you don`t really feel like exercising, but would still like to burn some calories. This low intensity steady state step workout is easy on the body and the brain :))). Works great after a big meal, or while watching tv, or listening to a podcast. This indoor walking workout will get you closer to your daily steps goal by a minimum of 5000 steps. I switch between regular and side steps, so you can get the benefits of both.
I tracked this workout using 2 bands: Amazfit 5 and Xiaomi MiBand5
Amazfit 5: 3,76 km, 5369 steps, 287 calorie burn
Xiaomi Mi Band 5: 5,34 km, 5693 steps, 239 calorie burn
