We are in Salento which is part of the coffee triangle here in Colombia, and the region where some of the best coffee in the world comes from. The coffee culture is so rich in this region that it is actually a UNESCO World Heritage Site called “Coffee Cultural Landscape of Colombia”. Today, we are visiting a coffee plantation to learn the ENTIRE seed to cup process.
