Charlie Engle is known as one of the world's top extreme adventure athletes. In 2007, he became the first person to run more than 4600 miles across the entire Sahara Desert, averaging two marathons per day for 51 straight days. Matt Damon produced a film about the expedition. Charlie and Matt co-founded H2O Africa (now WATER.org), now helping hundreds of thousands of people with clean water.

Charlie is a writer, entrepreneur, comedian (or so he says) and motivational speaker. He was one of 350 WORLDZ Masters who convened in Long Beach, CA last fall to discuss everything from building a better brand to solving climate change. Other Masters and speakers included Senator Barbara Boxer, Perry Farrell, RZA, and Rose McGowan, as well as senior executives from Levi's, Taco Bell, Mastercard, Rolling Stone, Vice, High Times, Clear Channel, Hulu, Pandora, Viacom, Ducati, Lyft and Nat Geo, among many many others.
