AC 004 - Building Types

This video briefly describes the different Building Types according to the IBC.

Chapter 3 in the IBC speaks of the different Use and occupancy classification
Chapter 5 in the IBC speaks of the building height and area allowances
Chapter 6 in the IBC speaks of the different Types.
